| Description | 1% interest rate loans are available for very low income homeowners to make needed repairs or modernize their home. Subsidized interest rate mortgages are available for low income families dreaming of buying a home. (possibly as low as 1%) No Down Payment / No PMI Loan Guarantees are available for moderate income ( families making up to $60-70,000 / year) families seeking to buy their first home or upgrade to a larger home. Community Facility Loans and Grants are available to provide funding for essential community facilities, the borrower may be the community or a not for profit organization. USDA Business Programs offer unique funding options designed to stimulate employment opportunities in rural areas and towns up to 50,000 population. |
