Description

Home Health Care;
Services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aides, dietitian.  Services can only be provided through a physician's order.  Our goal is to assist the patient/caregiver to become independent with their healthcare.

Environmental Health:
Food establishment inspections, food newsletter, food manager certification, food safety classes, facility plumbing inspections, private septic permits, water testing, well permits, tanning licenses and inspections and nuisance control.

Public Health:
Maternal & Child health, WIC, family planning, immunizations, health & wellness, vital records and health education programs.

Screenings:
Cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, TB, preschool vision & hearing, lead and bone density
